3. Account Registration

Users must register an account to buy, manage, or trade blocks. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Purchases and Payments

All prices are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED). Payment must be made via approved payment gateways. Purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law. Upon confirmation of payment, you will receive a Souvenir Certificate of Symbolic Ownership and access to your purchased block(s).

The Platform may charge administrative or exchange fees for resales or transfers.

5. Symbolic Ownership and Usage Rights

Purchasing a block grants you the right to display approved content (logo, image, or text) on that block within the Platform. Ownership is purely symbolic and does not imply possession of land, intellectual property, or municipal rights.

Each block remains part of the Platform’s ecosystem; we reserve the right to manage layout, zoning, or redesigns as the project evolves. The Platform may feature limited-edition or premium zones with unique privileges or pricing.

6. Content Submission and Approval

Users may upload logos, images, or text for display on owned blocks. All content is subject to moderation and approval before publication. You agree that your content:

• Complies with UAE laws, including content and advertising regulations.
• Does not contain offensive, illegal, misleading, or infringing material.
• Does not impersonate, defame, or violate others’ rights.
• We reserve the right to remove or edit content at our discretion without refund.

Approved content may appear publicly on the map and in marketing showcases.

7. Raffles and Promotions

From time to time, The Billion Dirham Map may run raffles, giveaways, or reward programs. Eligibility and entry are determined by specific promotion rules. Winners may be asked to verify identity and agree to publicity terms before prizes are released. Prizes are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

8. Exchange and Resale of Blocks

Users may trade or sell their symbolic blocks through the official Exchange section of the Platform. All transactions are subject to service fees and Platform rules. Resales conducted outside the Platform are at the user’s own risk; we do not recognize third-party transfers unless validated through official channels.

9. Intellectual Property

The Billion Dirham Map name, logo, design, layout, and underlying software are our exclusive property and protected by UAE and international laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or use Platform materials without written consent.You retain rights to content you upload, but grant us a non-exclusive license to display, reproduce, and promote it within Platform marketing.

10. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

• Use the Platform for fraudulent, illegal, or misleading purposes.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the site.
• Upload malicious software or unauthorized advertising.
• Violate third-party privacy, copyright, or trademark rights.
• Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent removal without refund.

We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or continued availability of blocks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or claim resulting from use of the Platform, including indirect or consequential damages.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Billion Dirham Map, its owners, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your content, misuse of the Platform, or violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or legal reasons.Upon termination, access to owned blocks and certificates may be revoked or archived.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
